Nursing? Not Nursing? Somewhere in between? We've got your back and can support your family no matter where you are on the breastfeeding spectrum. This appointment type is required for all new clients, and optional for established clients who wish to have a little more time for their follow-up visits.
This type of appointment may also be booked for nutrition counseling with our resident Registered Dietician- prenatal, postpartum, or whole family support!

After we've had our initial appointment, we can be a little faster with our follow-ups to save you time and money! This is the standard follow-up option, but clients may choose to schedule an hour-long appointment by choosing the 60 minute visit option.

Danyel Brewer, RDN, IBCLC
Danyel is a board-certified lactation consultant with a passion for helping moms succeed with breastfeeding. Her supportive and encouraging demeanor will help get you through the most rewarding time of your life as a new mom. She successfully completed an apprenticeship under Mary Miller to study TOTs assessment and habilitation and has officially joined the Breastfeeding Support Center family in September 2019!
Healthy lifestyles start early and Danyel has tips and tricks to help you and your family achieve your goals- starting with pregnancy and into adulthood. She has years of experience in perinatal and pediatric nutrition helping mothers and their families. She can relate to the busy schedules many families face and also the drive to keep your kids active and fed nutritiously.
Mary Miller, MA, IBCLC, CPD, MCH, CBC, CLC
Mary has been helping parents one-on-one since the inception of Holistic Parenting Network, LLC (2011). She has certifications in Birth (2015) and Postpartum (2016) Doula Services as well as Lactation Counseling (2017), and passed the International Board Certification exam in Lactation Consultation in October 2018, just before completing her Master's in Maternal Health and Lactation with a special focus on tongue-ties and suck dysfunction. Mary is currently a doctoral candidate at Union Institute and University, where she's continuing her research on tongue, lip and cheek ties within the scope of Public Policy and Social Change within the University's Interdisciplinary Studies department.
