All new clients, who are interested in a life coaching session, must first schedule a discovery call. NOTE: You do not need to book a discovery call to book a mindset or meditation/mindfulness session.

Guided Session (Mindful Guided Imagery, Hypnosis or Yoga Nidra)

A guided session differs from coaching because it is centred around a modality of your choice: Mindful Guided Imagery, Hypnosis or Yoga Nidra. Each modality can be powerful for healing, growth, change and more. For this session, you preselect your modality and intention and a meditation, hypnosis or yoga nidra is customized for you.

Meditation & Mindfulness Practice Session

Meditation/ Mindfulness is a useful tool, learn techniques to quiet the mind and notice our thoughts. When we bring awareness to our thoughts, we create steps to change them to better serve us and work for us. Meditation / Mindfulness can create new neural pathways in the brain, shift our reaction to life challenges, expand our creativity and increase our intuition.

Mindset Session

We are all capable of achieving the dream we hold in our heart, but what can keep us from achieving what we want is our thoughts or mindset. In this session we will address your current thought patterns, unpack them and shift them so that your mind can support you verus inhibit you.
