03. Pain Management

1/2 HOUR BODY WELLNESS During this ½ hour massage, a variety of pressure levels from light to deep targeting restoration of connective tissue to reduce stiffness and pain. Modalities such as heat, ice, essential oils, Reiki, sound and stretching maybe used. Multiple appointments maybe required to alleviate the pain cycle, followed by routine maintenance sessions.

05. Relax & Restore

1 & 1/2 HOUR BODY WELLNESS A full body massage, this service will encompass both the classic stress-relieving Swedish massage and the therapeutic deep tissue. Essential oils are intuitively chosen for your healing session, to help increase relaxation and release tension and pain to ultimately restore and recharge your body.

07. Tranquility

2 HOUR BODY-MIND-SPIRIT WELLNESS This is a multi service session, including the Raindrop Technique, vibrational sound therapy, targeted deep tissue massage to the back and shoulders, Reiki and a deep relaxing neck and scalp massage. The Raindrop Technique uses a sequence of essential oils that are immune enhancing, mood elevating and supports the body's numerous systems. Vibrational sound therapy will introduce waves of vibration into the tissue for ultimate relaxation and deep tranquil healing.

09. Vibrational Sound

1 HOUR BODY-MIND Wellness Therapeutic singing bowls, and other healing instruments are placed near or directly on the body. They are then played in a harmonizing fashion to create a flow of vibration that enters into the body to create a state of relaxation. In some patients, this deep relaxation state could progress into a meditative state placing the body into a self healing environment.

10. Vibrational Sound - Couples Session

1&1/2 HOUR BODY-MIND WELLNESS This service will provide a coupled experience of collective connection and overall calmness. Sound bowls will be placed around and on the couple to create a harmonized healing environment followed by a deep tissue neck and upper shoulder massage for each participant.

11. Flower Essence - Package

1&1/2 HOUR BODY-MIND-SPIRIT-SOUL WELLNESS This Flower Essence Therapy session will intuitively guide a formula of specific flowers that will help you come back to the body that you were born to have and to be blessed with. Flower Essences are vibrational and energetic remedies that work on all aspects of our being. They are able to assist in healing what has been lodged in the body and psyche at every level of our soul, past, present and future. In this session, we will discuss the patterns and beliefs that are holding you back from being your true, magnificent, beautiful self and work to release these old imprints. Please note, there is a three month minimal commitment, allowing enough time and space for healing. This service will book your initial appointment, the remaining two will be booked in person following your 1st session.
