Please note: You will only secure this appointment now against a "no show" using your credit/debit card online, and your card will not be charged unless you fail to appear for your appointment or do not cancel within the stated cancellation time period of your appointment. You are NOT pre-paying services. Notary fees will be collected from you for your appointment at the time you appear in person to have your document(s) notarized. Note: Mobile Notary Appointments MUST be cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment to avoid a $45.00 cancellation fee. PLEASE NOTE THAT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACIAL MASK FOR OUR APPOINTMENT. I WILL BE WEARING A FACIAL MASK AS WELL FOR OUR MUTUAL PROTECTION. Thank you for understanding! The document must be ready to be notarized at the beginning of your appointment. “Waiting time” is NOT included.
MOBILE NOTARY SERVICE INCLUDES ONE LEGAL DOCUMENT FOR THE FLAT $45.00 FEE. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS WILL INCUR A $5.00 FEE PER EACH ADDITIONAL SIGNATURE. (For example, ONE Will or ONE Power of Attorney, or ONE Medical Directive is included in the flat $45 Mobile Notary Fee... but NOT all three documents.) NOTE: If you require more than one legal document notarized, you will be charged an additional $5.00 per signature notarized for each document over the one document included at the end of the appointment.
Mobile Notary Service is to any address within Overland Park ONLY. APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED OUTSIDE OF OVERLAND PARK CITY LIMITS WILL BE CANCELLED. We do NOT serve Mission, Lenexa, Shawnee Mission, etc. The flat fee includes time, travel, and all notarizations necessary for ONE document. Mobile service is NOT available for USA or India Real Estate paperwork, India Loan paperwork, Real Estate Closings, OCI or Indian Passport paperwork or any other services stated as being available only on-site. NOTE: If you reserve mobile notary service that must be completed on-site despite this advisory, you will be charged the $45.00 fee AND your notary work will NOT BE DONE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WITNESSES. Once your appointment is completed, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. (BE SURE THAT YOU SELECT THE OPTION FOR THE NOTARY TO COME TO YOU WHEN YOU CHECK OUT AND ENTER THE ADDRESS WHERE WE MUST GO IN THE "DETAILS" AREA CORRECTLY!) Your $45.00 deposit is to hold your appointment against last minute cancellation. You will need to actually pay for the service when it is provided at your location! The no-show/last moment cancellation fee is $45.00 to cover the cost of time and travel and reserved time blocked if not cancelled at LEAST 24 hours before the scheduled mobile notary appointment. (NOTE: If you schedule an appointment within the 24 hour period... for example, on the same day... you will be unable to cancel or change the appointment time and you will automatically incur the "no show" fee if you fail to appear).
