Dear BandWright Clients: Now that Governor Inslee has announced his 4-stage plan for reopening businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are again able to accept repairs, but with some restrictions. We will still be operating by appointment only to ensure that only one client is here at a time. Here's what to expect: When you arrive at your appointment time, please make sure you are wearing a face covering that covers your mouth and nose. If you do not have one, we can provide you with one. We will also be wearing masks. All instruments will be left untouched for a 7 day quarantine to keep our staff and family safe. At that point, we will evaluate your instrument and call/email you with an estimate. No work will be completed until you approve it, unless you have pre-approved work. Please expect all repairs to take at least one week from the date of drop-off. We are so happy to be able to service your instruments again, and appreciate your patience and understanding with these new procedures. Brief visit to drop off your instrument for repair. Repair charges will be discussed either at time of drop-off, or in a follow-up estimate. This appointment is for drop-off only. You will then be put on our repair calendar, and we will notify you as soon as your repair is complete. Please indicate in your appointment notes if this appointment is for brass, woodwinds, or both.
