Root Melt and Tone

NO LIGHTENER IS USED WITH THIS SERVICE. For any clients who aren’t ready to touch up their highlights just yet. Toner is used to shadow their roots to blend into their blonde to and another toner is used to tone clients ends. Blow-dry and style are included.
