Asian Cupping / Bodywork - 30 min

Both the bodywork and cupping sessions are geared toward improving the flow of qi through the meridian channels. They are particularly effective for muscle, tendon, and joint conditions, such as structural misalignment, orthopedic problems, and sports injuries. While the massage is gentle, the cupping can be more intense and is not recommended for recent injuries or bruised, punctured, or cut areas.

Asian Cupping / Bodywork - 60 min

Combining the relaxing gentleness of bodywork with the deeper focus of cupping, this 60-minute session is geared to helping your body release holding patterns, encourage the movement of qi through your meridians and allowing your body to relax and heal itself. You may choose to do 60 minutes of bodywork without the cupping.
