State and Federal Prison/Jail Notary Service

Services at any State or Federal Prison or Jail in Oahu. Fee includes printing documents, USPS flat rate shipping, and all notarizations. Specialty services such as the sale or purchase of a home are not included and may be prohibited by the correctional facility. Fee is due to unexpected lockdowns which may cause the appointment to be rescheduled or cause the notary additional time spent at the facility. Service is considered complete once the notary has been allowed into the facility to meet with the signer and is not dependent on the inmate signing the document. Payment in full is due at least two days prior to appointment. Cancellations must be made at least one business day prior to the scheduled appointment. Payment is non-refundable from the day of the appointment
