This tax preparation service is for the following business types: Partnerships, S-Corporations, Corporations, Non-Profits, Not-for Profits, and Personal Services Corporations. Please bring the following information for all parties that will be listed on the tax return: valid id, social security card, EIN validation letter, state articles, expense reports (if available), receipts, bank statements, insurance docs, investment docs, assets and depreciation info if available, mortgage or rent contact info, allowable credit info and any applicable information. You are scheduling business tax preparation consultation. $250.00 DEPOSIT required to confirm your date and start the tax preparation process. This balance will be applied to your final balance upon completion of your tax return. Deposit is non-refundable or transferable for other services. Bookkeeping service for small businesses. The set up fee includes your initial 1 hour consultation, MyBookie Kit with mailing labels, electronic bookkeeping software set Up. Recurring bookkeeping fees are charged at an hourly rate of $50.00 with a 1 hour minimum for monthly clients 5 hour minimum for quarterly. Financial reports are provided to you monthly or quarterly based on your subscription.

The initial review and consult is first step in eliminating the worry of your tax issues is scheduling a consultation with our tax resolution team. During this consultation, you will meet with an advocate(s) to discuss your situation. Form 1099 MISC Processing

If you paid contractors or vendors $600.00 or more you are required to file a 1099-MISC to report the income. We will file your 1099-MISC and provide electronic and mailed copies to you and the recipient. Set-up fee is $60.00 plus $10.00 per person/vendor to process each form. Processing fee will be billed separately. For prompt and complete processing of 1099s for contractors and vendors we will request completed W-9 forms, valid email, and updated address for all individuals. If you need assistance with obtaining this information additional fees will apply.
