We have several options for blood tests:
1. Walk-in on Tuesdays between 10:00 and 3:00. Northwest's Best Phlebotomist, Lisa Baas, is here Tuesday’s for blood draws from 10-3. You may schedule a time or just walk in.
2. Lisa can come to your home or office to draw your blood at the time that works best for you. Just text or call Lisa at 253-736-3500. There is a $40 fee for this convenience.
3. We can draw your blood during your appointment.
4. If you have bloodwork done elsewhere we can often avoid drawing blood altogether, if at least within the year.
Our lab is in network with all insurance carriers, so you can use your insurance for labs. If you don't have insurance, a complete panel for men or women is $185. Fasting is not usually required unless we are testing lipids.
This includes a meeting with Dr. Mack to discuss and evaluate your progress, dose adjustments as needed, any prescriptions, and insertion of pellets. Also included in this cost are any incidental follow-ups needed over the course of the pellets, up to six months.
The fee of $785 is for a standard dose. If you require a higher dose, the cost may be higher.
Note that this fee is all-inclusive. We have no other office charges, follow-up fees, lab charges or prescription fees. What you pay is your true cost for 6 months, or the life of the pellets.

There are three main options for bioidentical hormone replacement: topical creams, injections, or pellets. Dr Mack will review all three at your initial consultation so you can decide which option is best for you. About 85% of our women (and men$ choose pellets.
This appointment includes a 15-20 minute meeting with Dr. Mack to discuss and evaluate your progress, dose adjustments as needed, any prescriptions, and insertion of pellets, which also takes about 15-20 minutes.
Also included: Follow-up as needed over the course of the pellets, up to 6 months, and access to Dr. Mack via text and phone for any questions or concerns.
Note that this fee is all-inclusive. We hav no other office charges, follow-up fees, lab charges or prescription fees, so $495 is your true cost for six months, or the duration of the pellets.

IGS lab consultation
Evaluation of results of comprehensive lab work such as IGS, expanded cardiac and lipids, or other complex and extensive laboratory panels. This is not needed for hormone panels; these are generally reviewed during appointments for hormone treatments. Please understand that while the lab works with insurance, and insurance will cover the cost of the blood work, Dr. Mack does not contract with any insurance company, and does not receive any of the monies from insurance; Dr. Mack works for YOU, not your insurance company.
