Initial Consultation
Some individuals come in knowing exactly what they want to work on while others know something feels off but can’t quite identify what the problem seems to be. For therapy to have the best outcomes, it is important that you feel understood and comfortable with your therapist. I offer free one-hour consultations to work with individuals to explore aspects of their lives that are not working, establish goals for impactful change and see if I am a good fit to support you to navigate your way forward.
Individual Psychotherapy
Using a mixture of modalities and approaches rooted in relational-based therapy, I work together with individuals to empower them to move beyond the struggles that keep them from feeling confident and competent and providing support as they navigate their own way forward.

Michael Neeland
I have been practicing in the field of psychotherapy and mental health for the past 8 years, and am trained and experienced in various psychotherapy models and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic pain with children and adults. I believe that I am unconditionally accepting, non-judgemental, easily approachable, dedicated, and compassionate.
