The two week package includes two meetings with your coach, two follow-up emails with all the tools and recommendations on how to take the next steps to building a better life, also 24/7 email access to your consultant with all the resources and products HuMotion has to offer. The longer packages receive all the features in the two week package but offer a more in depth program for deeper rooted issues that take more time to develop or ongoing issues that need accountability. Here we can learn how to build a lifestyle that is sustainable and a long term solution to achieving true health. In this program you will work 1:1 with a HuMotion Nutritionist to discover the underlying cause of why you are not reaching your goals and be given a 3 month program to help you get there. If you are an athlete you will be given a detailed 3 month program with in depth guidance on what to eat, when to eat, and exactly how much to eat daily to reach your performance or aesthetic goals.
