Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga is a yoga sequence that takes place in a heated room. The room is heated to around 95 degrees or more. Note: Spaces are limited so you please RSVP.

Can’t make it to class? No problem. You can join our group classes online or schedule and individual yoga online session. Online classes are available for Yogalates or Power Core Yoga. Hot Power Yoga and Hot Yoga are also available online if you have a heater you can use. Aerial Yoga is available online if you have an aerial yoga swing.

Yoga Massage and Deep Stretch

Book at 30-minute yoga massage session and learn how to relieve pain, release tension and work into lower back, neck, shoulders and feet. This service can be added on to any of your yoga classes or booked individually. Note: Spaces are limited so you please RSVP.
