New patient consultation. For those who have never been seen by any clinician at InBox Rehab. This visit includes a thorough history, assessment, movement screen, and treatment appropriate for the condition.

Established Patient Follow Up

For patients who have had an evaluation within the past 30 days and are following the course of a current treatment plan.

$80 · 30 minutes

Extended Follow Up Visit

Extended follow up visit for an established patient with multiple areas on complaint.

$150 · 1 hour

Establish Patient New Injury or Re-Evaluation

For those who have been seen by any clinician at InBox within the past 3 years and is in need of an evaluation for a new complaint OR need a re-evaluation for an existing complaint. This visit includes a thorough history, assessment, movement screen, and appropriate treatment + new treatment plan.

$150 · 1 hour

Tune Up Visit

This visit is for established patients. Typically these visits are for low level symptoms (3 or less on a 0-10 pain scale). Referred to as Tune-Ups to maintain you current status and help take care of any tweaks you may be feeling.
