Distance Energy Healing

Universal Light Energy is not confined to any space. Energy has no bounds. Using the system of Usui Reiki, I can channel this innate intelligent energy to you and it will go exactly where you need it to go to raise your vibration and help you achieve higher levels of wellness. A Distance Energy Healing session starts with a short consultation over the phone to discuss your concerns. After the conversation, find a comfortable position, in a chair or bed, in a room where you will not be interrupted for the duration of the session. You can listen to soothing instrumental music if you like to help create a relaxing environment. I can send you some selections of music to listen to via YouTube, if interested. After the session, I will call you again so we can discuss your experience and next steps on your path to healing and raising your vibration.

90 Minute Customized Therapeutic Bodywork

The Therapeutic Bodywork I offer will be custom-tailored to your needs. I use a combination of massage modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports, and Thai techniques to work on your problem areas. Stretching is performed throughout the session to ensure muscle relaxation and overall stress cessation. If there are no specific areas of concern, you can just book to receive some outstanding and well-deserved therapeutic bodywork.
