30 Minute Coaching Intervention per Month for Existing Client Only Training under the 24 Week: CIS/Zwift Indoor Cycling Academy Program.

Level 3: Advanced Coaching

60 Minute Weekly Coaching Intervention for Athletes on 26 Week: Maximize Prime Level Race Performance Training Systems. Candid conversation with Master Black Belt and Head Coach on how to Elevate Cycling Performance On and Off the bike.

Level 4: Nutrition Coaching

30 minute conversation with Coach Nick to discuss Nutrition and spot check coaching during the 3 Month Nutrition Program.

Level 5: Performance Coaching and Analysis

Available to CIS Prime Members on 24 Week and Above Programs to discuss with Coach Bill re: TrainingPeaks, Wattsboard, STRAVA, HRV - Heart Rate Variability and Event Specific Training and Development.
