Handmade Seller's Appointment

Are you a local creative looking for an outlet to sell your handmade clothing and accessories? Look no further! We are here for you and would love to review your items for us to sell! Please limit your initial drop off to 30 items or less. Please review our HANDMADE SELLERS CONTRACT prior to arriving to your appointment. HANDMADE SELLERS CONTRACT: After initial meeting and review of products, items and terms an appointment will be set with qualified Anna Banana’s buyer to receive the product.  Product will be reviewed closely and entered into our consignment software system. Once a product has been entered, the consignor will receive an email with a listing of items with pricing.  Emails will be sent to the “primary email” address as it appears on contract.  Email will come from our software partner, Consignor Access. It will include instructions as to how to complete the setup of your account. The consignment period is 90 days, unless otherwise specified. After 90 days, both parties will review sales and decide next steps.  Contract subject to renewal every 90 days based on sales.  If sales under 50% of quantity delivered, consignors will be required to reduce inventory and a new agreement will be made.   All inventory is subject to daily Anna Banana’s 10% dance discount. Consignor will  receive 50% of the selling price.  This amount will appear on your account in real time.  Monies accrued are available immediately for pick up in store or for use as store credit or paid via check.  Pricing per item will be discussed after review of merchandise. Anna Banana’s may style product as best we see fit in order to maximize sales of the product. While all reasonable precautions will be taken, items are consigned at the owner's risk. Anna Banana's shall not be held responsible for any damages, theft or loss. Unless otherwise specified, consignor guarantees authenticity of consigned goods and indemnifies Anna Banana’s of any damages, fees, and costs that may occur as a result thereof.  Additionally, the supplier asserts legal ownership of all items. By making an appointment, you indicate that you have read, understand and agree to the above terms.
