Mindful Coaching Session

Location options: In-person is at Light Owl Healing. You're location means ONLINE via Zoom. A one-on-one session with an experienced mindfulness practitioner who helps you tap into and deepen your own capacity for mindfulness. It's kind of like a mix of career coaching, therapy, and yoga/meditation conversation—but also it's entirely different than each of those. It’ll feel like you're gently guided to follow your own intuition while using the many helpful tools —whether that's homework, a reading or a prompt we discuss in the session. You’ll be provided with tailored recommendations about what to read or practices to incorporate.  And the more sessions you have, the more it’ll start to feel like we're creating something together in our sessions since we can build on and go deeper into things. ​ Designed with my background in public health behavior-changing research, yoga science, and mindful techniques. If you're in Seattle, WA, and prefer to meet in-person, we'll meet at Light Owl Healing.
