New Patient Appointment

The New Patient Appointment/initial treatment includes an Extensive Intake, Health history, health assessment, and goal setting- along with Acupuncture and additional modalities, such as herbal medicine, nutritional guidance, guasha, moxabustion, and cupping therapy, if needed. (90 minutes) If you have insurance coverage the cost will de dependent upon your individual copay or coinsurance. If hoping to use your insurance benefits, please send over a copy of the front and back of your insurance card as well as your date of birth, so our biller and confirm benefits.

Virtual Health Coaching Session

This option is for new clients hoping to work with Lenore for a virtual health coaching session. We can discuss diet and nutrition, lifestyle choices, and herbs to facilitate more balance and wellness in your life. Comes with a 30- 45 minute Zoom session and extensive follow-up consisting of the treatment plan, food choices, recipes, tips, and more.

Follow-up Appointment

This appointment is for established patients to come back and continue care. It includes a brief health intake as well as acupuncture plus any other modalities needed. There will be time to check back in with the treatment plan, herbal remedies or any more health goals and changes that arise. I am currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield/ Regency, ASHN, United Healthcare, Care Oregon, Providence, AETNA, and CIGNA. I can also send you a superbill for you to submit to your insurance if I am out of network. Price can vary depending on your individual plan/copay.

30 Minute Cupping Session

This is a great option if you are short on time, or just want to come in for a quick health "tune-up". This appointment will consist of a quick interview, cupping therapy and an herbal massage. Cupping is great for pain relief, GI issues, respiratory health or relaxation! It feels so good!
