Hello, from Pitmaster Valentin (Val) Morin and the AMJ Family which stands for his three daughters Abigail (Abby), Madalynn (Maddy), and Juliana (Julie). Val takes pride in everything he serves to his customers by smoking meats for hours from the heart and love for the craft. For many years family and friends have told Val to open his own place because there was never left overs and always a fight for the last piece of brisket every time he hosted a bbq. Every meat is had selected and smoked to a masterpiece using an old Texas technique Low and Slow using Texas grown Oak wood for hours keeping meat moist and tender.
