This book is for everyone who struggles in relationship with others and themselves. Effective and intelligent strategies are necessary for a joyful and peaceful life. The approach this book teaches is based on "20 Concepts" which are basic and yet life changing! We utilize neuroscience and our amazing ability to "Re-Wire" our brain due to neuroplasticity.

This dynamic group is open to all of those who have completed the Trauma Weekend Workshop and/or the "Knowing How" Book Study. We share our current struggles and successes. Support and acknowledgment comes from the group members using "The 20 Concepts". A W&R Practitioner always helps the group process thoughts and feelings.

"Knowing How" Book Study

During these 8 classes, we will discuss each of the "20 Concepts" in-depth, and learn how to integrate them into everyday life. Practicing these concepts consistently will help to “rewire” the brain, thereby creating new pathways that allow constant communication between the thinking and emotional brain. The process of this rewiring will stop the negative effects of PTSD and help you to lead a more intelligent and fulfilling life.

Brain and Attachment Webinar

Memory, thinking, feeling, and choices all occur in the brain, before you act. This class addresses environmental and/or family influences and resulting attachment conflicts.
