Finding the right Physical Therapist is important, thats why I offer a Free, no-strings-attached 20 minute consultation. This gives you the opportunity to decide if I am the right Therapist for you and learn how exactly I can help you. This service is available to first time clients only.
Can be scheduled at the clinic location or virtually.
Physical Therapy Evaluation- First Visit
Select this service if you are a new patient, a returning patient with a new injury, or have not been seen within the past 6 months.

Physical Therapy Follow Up- 60 minutes
Followup visits may be scheduled after Initial Evaluation has been completed and a plan of care has been established.
