To have a full set at all times, it's important to not let your lashes shed more than 50% for your next fill. Most people make an apt about 2-3 weeks out. 30% or less of eyelash extensions remaining will require a new set. At every fill, I take old eyelash extensions off. If you come in with 30% remaining, most likely it's less than that as most will have to be taken off since grown out or otherwise.
