Initial Review

The Initial review fee is for the time to review the equipment/problem. We will figure out what the problem is, what the possible time frame and cost will be, and send out an estimate/quote.

1 Hour - Basic Support

Basic help desk resolution and service desk delivery. Support for basic customer issues such as solving usage problems and fulfilling service desk requests that need IT involvement.

$25 · 1 hour

1 Hour - Major Support

In-depth technical support. Experienced and knowledgeable technicians assess issues and provide solutions for problems.

$50 · 1 hour

1 Hour - Master / Consultant Support

Expert product and service support. Access to the highest technical resources available for problem resolution or new feature creation.

$150 · 1 hour

Trip Charge

A trip charge can be for time traveling to and from any location, for any reason. This could be a trip to your site, store trip, equipment pickup, drop off, trash haul/recycle. Must cancel 24 hours before if you want a refund.
