“On The Move” Personalized Consultation. A 30 Minute Personalized Appointment which occurs after an initial remotely hosted virtual meet and greet, wherein the Optician and Client will choose from a selection of individually curated frames and professionally advised lens options determined by information gathered during the meet and greet.
The fee for this appointment is to cover transportation and preparation costs and will be applied to your purchase.
B.) VISIT THE SHOWROOM IN LONG BEACH
As an alternative to our “On The Move” mobile concierge service, we also offer our clients the option to come to our showroom in Long Beach. This option may be booked for appointments between 10AM-Noon and 4-6PM, Tuesday through Saturday. *subject to availability
Located in Downtown Long Beach, our showroom offers our clients a chance to see the entirety of our inventory all at once.
This option is great for new clients and those who are less comfortable with our in home or in office mobile concierge service, “On The Move.”
This option may not be available at all times.

“On The Move” (Office Hours) Designated Repair/Adjustment Place.
We understand the need for some consistency of convenience with regard to customer service. Twice per week, we will designate a local stationary meeting place in the South Bay, where clients may come to have their glasses adjusted, repaired, cleaned and assessed.
This may change from week to week or we may find that a particular spot suits us all wonderfully well and make it a consistent meeting place. Simply check the schedule each week to find out the chosen time and place. You won’t need an appointment for this service as it is first come, first served.
We suggest that you send us a quick text message or email to let us know if you plan on coming on a particular day and time within the parameters of the service event.

“On The Move” Adjustment and Repair
For clients who cannot make it to one of our convenient bi-weekly “Office Hours” Designated Repair Place Events and just need a quick adjustment or have something in need of repair. This meet up is brief and easy and will be reserved for those who truly are not able to attend one of our Office Hours events.
We won’t know the outcome of what is needed until we see the actual issue at hand. So be prepared for the possibility of giving up your glasses for a short time as we may need to order parts or take the glasses in for repair.
