I am an Atlanta, Georgia native. I received my B.A. in Human Services with a concentration in Mental Health from Mercer University. I have studied education abroad in Germany and taught as a school teacher. I received my M.A in Professional Counseling with an emphasis on childhood and adolescence disorders from Grand Canyon University. I use cognitive behavioral therapy as well as person-centered therapy to assist clients in reaching their full potential in life. I believe in assisting clients with healing their mind, body, and spiritual well-being. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful daughter, practicing self-care, and traveling.
