Bodywork Session
Hi! My bodywork sessions are a combination of all the modalities studied to help you your body regain functional health. A lot of my work is based upon myofascial release, Osteopathic bodywork, and structural integration from Ida Rolf. I like to think of bodywork as initiator and helper in the healing journey, it assists us moving forward, releases stuck body memories, and allows Health to begin moving through and with us. The journey of healing is up to you and I hope/aim to help you along the way.

Functional Bodywork
I am student in Oklahoma studying a program called functional bodywork. I usually return to El Paso with tons of new techniques and bodywork to practice. These sessions are different, we work from symptoms to cause and this normally means we work in the organs, the fascia, and the spinal fluid. help me learn through a learning session and get some bodywork for yourself!
