Booking Policies Please understand my policies and fees will still apply whether you read it all or not. By booking with me you agree to what is stated below. If there is something you don’t understand please ask before booking. 🚨 HOW TO BOOK: Please read all service descriptions to see what is included in the service. If you are unsure of what to book, have additional questions or you have photo inspiration please text me at 405-404-6996 BEFORE booking your appointment . 🙏🏽 Please send all messages at a reasonable hour -No texts after 9 pm or Sundays. 🚨 Fill Policy: I DO NOT work over any other technicians work. If you have any product on your nails please add a soak off or arrive with bare nails. Appointment are subject to being rescheduled if this is not strictly adhered to. 🚨 DEPOSIT RULES: 1.) A $25 Non-Refundable Deposit will be required. No exceptions.  2.) It will need to paid within 1 hour of booking your appointment or appointment will be NOT accepted/cancelled.  -Deposit can be paid through cashapp $shelslaynails Please include name,appointment time,and date. 3.) You may transfer it ONCE. After that deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will need to be paid. A 48 hour notice is REQUIRED to transfer it!  4.) Deposit will go toward your service and remainder will need to be paid at the time of appointment. 🚨🕰 LATE POLICY: There is a 5 minute grace period. After 5 minutes you will be charged a $10 late fee. At 15 minutes late your appointment is cancelled, deposit will be forfeited and and new deposit will be required to reschedule.🚨 CANCELLATION POLICY:✨ Cancellations require at least a 24-48 hour notice. If not, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will need to be paid in order to book an appointment.✨ No Call/ No show= Automatic Ban or Full price of service plus a $25 fee that does not go towards your services will need to be paid in order to secure appointment. NO REFUNDS
