Initial sessions include a 15-20 minute intake and consultation at the start of the appointment.

75-90 minute Sessions include diagnostics, manual therapy (Rolfing bodywork), and gentle movement exercises to support range of motion, posture & form.

Therapeutic Movement Session
These sessions can take place at my office, your home, work, gym, or outdoors. Here I will focus primarily on movement and form during anything from basic daily activities (sitting, standing, walking, etc) to athletic activities (running, biking, etc.). The idea is to help coach you into more efficient movement patterns to reduce compensation patterns, reduce pain, and risk of injury. Some hands-on work may be incorporated into the movement, or a followup Rolfing session may be recommended.
