The information is there for you to get the best results possible and is crucial to the process. If you show up with any contraindications or failed to do proper pre-care, your appointment is void and deposit forfeited.

PORTRAITS:
- If you are booking for a portrait tattoo, you are booking for the portrait discussed via email (photo, placement, etc.) Any last minute changes to the photo choice may result in an appointment/deposit forfeit since I prep the photo/stencil for the tattoo in advance. I need your full appointment time to complete the tattoo.

GENERAL POLICIES:
- The booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will come off the cost of your tattoo.
- Please be sure to read the reschedule/cancellation/late policies before booking your appointment.
- All sales are non-refundable.
