YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CARRY IN YOUR BOXE. - All participants MUST arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled time to sign in and have items approved & set up for their Tonic Rage Room B.Y.O.B Experience. - Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes past the beginning of their allotted time slot will forfeit their scheduled experience and will NOT be refunded. ​- Please call 980-439-4857 ahead of time if you want to check on any questionable items for approval. See package descriptions for what items are generally included in a package. - If your items are not approved ahead of time and are unacceptable, you would then be given the option to fill in your time slot with another paid package minus the $50 you have already paid online or by phone. - NO refunds after 48 hours before your scheduled time slot.
