Croy Laughlin, MS, is a current doctoral student interning at the Center for Growth / Sex Therapy in Philadelphia. Croy provides therapy for adults, children, teens, and couples looking to address concerns with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, grief and loss, relationship concerns, as well as a host of others using an integrative approach.
Jaclyn Jacobs, MS, CRC, Fellow
Jaclyn Jacobs is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and doctoral student completing a one-year internship (soon to be staff) at The Center for Growth. She works with individuals and couples of all backgrounds and identities experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, life transitions, grief, and sexuality issues.

Melvin Tillman, MA
Melvin works with individuals and couples. His focus is relationship counseling, sexuality, anxiety, trauma, men's issues and addiction. He has a Masters in Counseling from Northwestern University, and a Masters in Human Sexuality from Widener University and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Human Sexuality. 267-428-2612
Rick Snyderman, LPC, CADC, CSAT, NCC
Rick specializes in counseling individuals, young adults, seniors, and couples dealing with issues related to anxiety, anger, panic disorder, grief, issues specific to LGBTQ concerns, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), men’s issues, sexual addiction, codependency, and substance-related recoveries. Rick is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT), and National Certified Counselor (NCC).
