Lisa

Sometimes the simple act of slowing down and becoming present in the moment can work wonders for our health and well-being. Our sessions begin with gentle connection to help your system relax into its own healing wisdom. From there, we can usually work into deeper and more focused techniques to address areas of tension and help relieve discomfort. Over 15 years of practice have led me to trust intuition and to follow the guidance I receive from you verbally and from your tissues.  You are the expert on you and your body, so I always welcome your feedback to help make your sessions as comfortable and effective as possible. I am truly thankful for every opportunity to help you feel your best.  It's my hope that you leave each session feeling calm, grounded, and refreshed.

Troy

Troy is a professionally licensed massage therapist, a graduate of The Healing Arts Center from their Massage Therapy program and also a graduate from Logan College of Chiropractic with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. His massage sessions are an intuitive blend of swedish massage, myofascial release, pressure point and deep tissue work. Massage therapy is so much more than a luxury spa treatment. In my experience, a competent and knowledgeable massage therapist is as important as a chiropractor or physical therapist and plays an integral role in your total well being. Massage therapy can be essential to preventing injuries from sports and exercise related activities, help chronic pain from postural issues and lastly the more popular approach of reducing stress.
