If you have a logistic or movement restriction, or unable to get your bike or other part to us, we'll come to you. Let’s Book a Pick up from you, and we’ll drop it back off, or you can pick up from us at a later date
We'll meet You (that's right... just you) and your bike, for some one on one time to start a Service Ticket. Depending on the involvement of the fix, we’ll give you a diagnosis, fix, and cost estimate on site, or follow up within 72 hours. When we get your “Thumb’s up” of approval, we’ll put your bike in the Service Queue, and let you know when it’s ready.
Please keep in mind that if parts are needing to be ordered, and supply chain variables well outside of our control, this time can be considerably lengthened.
Price Varies from "Free" within a 25 km radius from our Quinte West base of operations, to distance/time surcharge for longer time/distance commitments. Call us to confirm. · 15 minutes
