Late policy: We ask that each Jewel arrive at or before their appointment time. Any guest arriving 5 mins late will be charged a $25 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will automatically cancel and the card you booked with will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation/No-show policy : We understand that an unexpected life occurrence could arise that may force you to cancel your appointment. Our cancellation policy is to insure canceled appointments can be swiftly refilled by a waiting Jewel or walk in. JWX reminder text and emails are sent out two days in advance to confirm appointments. All cancellations require 24 hour prior notice.
