Heather has developed a broad set of training tools in her 20 years in the health and fitness arena. Formerly, a ranking competitive amateur bodybuilder in BC, Heather has gone on to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, a Registered 500hr Yoga Teacher and a Level 1 Crossfit Instructor.
Passionate about her current studies in biomechanics, she is skillful in coaching movement for improved quality of life from reducing pain and increasing vitality.
