Virtual Bodywork Session (Private, 45 minutes)

Safe physical distancing is good for slowing a virus but it may not feel so great in your hips, shoulders, neck and head. With generalized stiffness, re-emergence of old pain or the onset of new problem areas, it is hard to feel like your whole body is a coordinated and balanced unit. Each session will be personalized to your needs on the day of your appointment and may include assessment, guided movement, sensory explorations and self-massage. Let’s work together to find gentle and creative ways to support positive change and make your body a more comfortable place to be.

Online Somatic Movement Session (Private, 60 minutes)

Imagine being able to move freely and without fear of injury. Learn to cultivate coordination, balance and alignment through movement. In each session, you'll receive personalized coaching in movements to ease stiffness and pain, while feeling more at home in your body. Over the course of 3-4 sessions, you will learn to sense where and how your body is moving and where it’s not. Working together, we’ll build a gentle, whole-body movement routine to reduce persistent pain and movement challenges that are holding you back. Each appointment includes an individualized assessment, guided body scan, movement instruction and follow-up materials to support your home practice. Safe and beneficial for all fitness levels (loafer to athlete and everything in between).
