Online Somatic Movement Session (Private, 60 minutes)
Imagine being able to move freely and without fear of injury. Learn to cultivate coordination, balance and alignment through movement. In each session, you'll receive personalized coaching in movements to ease stiffness and pain, while feeling more at home in your body. Over the course of 3-4 sessions, you will learn to sense where and how your body is moving and where it’s not. Working together, we’ll build a gentle, whole-body movement routine to reduce persistent pain and movement challenges that are holding you back. Each appointment includes an individualized assessment, guided body scan, movement instruction and follow-up materials to support your home practice. Safe and beneficial for all fitness levels (loafer to athlete and everything in between).
