Greetings potential New Guest. Great service begins with a great consultation. We require all New Guests to complete a Consultation before booking service. Here we can discuss the condition of your hair, set expectations for service and select the appropriate service together. Due to COVID-19 precautions, we are currently offering our consultations virtually only. Virtual consultations are a PREPAID SERVICE and non-refundable nor transferrable. They are 20 minutes in length via zoom or facetime and hair must be unmanipulated and in its natural state during our scheduled time. Once the appointment is confirmed, Guest Care will reach out with detailed instructions on how to prepare for your consult including mandatory heath and safety surveys. Please text the salon with pictures of current hair as well as desired look if applicable. We look forward to connecting soon.
