This is for you who are interested in learning more about IFS and deepening your practice. We will meet twice monthly and this will renew monthly for 3 months. This is non-refundable. Attendance is mandatory. Note I am not fully certified in IFS however am Level 2 trained with over 500 hours of practice. Your spot will be reserved on my roster so once you begin you are guaranteed a spot with me.

I am honored to be of service to you. I know that mental illness and substance abuse can wreak havoc in one's life. Many of client’s find themselves faced with challenges of having to restart their lives after addiction or move on with mental illness; some may have to fight to regain custody of their children; many of them have co-occurring mental illness that has lead to substance abuse and/or addiction. I have worked with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health population for over 7 years. I have worked with addictions ranging from marijuana to opioid use disorder (heroin). I have also been afforded the opportunity to treat diagnosis including: depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorder, TBI, schizophrenia, PTSD, and ADD. In addition, I also assist clients with Life Coaching strategies to help improve their overall functionality. My philosophy is to "help others make sense of living" through the guidance of evidence based practices that help you discover your greatest life.
