Melissa is a Licensed Massage Therapist trained in integrated bodywork modalities such as deep tissue, sports massage, cupping & acupressure. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer, and is passionate about helping people reduce pain, improve athletic performance, and reclaim their wellness.
