Initial Fitness Consultation

At the initial fitness assessment, we will review your medical history as well as current lifestyle and fitness activities. Once that is complete, we will assess your current physical status* including flexibility, muscular performance, aerobic capacity, and body composition. *Some clients may not require all tests.

In-Home Personal Training 30 minute Session

Brief warm-up followed by resistance, core, balance, reactive, and/or flexibility training.

First session: discussion of medical history, weight loss goals, introduction to the concept of calorie density for weight loss, presentation of the whole-foods, plant-based lifestyle, overview of transitional steps, meal plan and recipes for the first week. Follow-up sessions: kitchen reset, grocery shopping, coaching for continuous progress and success.

Family Nutrition Consulting
