I offer one on one yoga and belly dance instruction both in person at Catonsville Counseling and Wellness and at your convenience via Skype. To book via Skype, book your service, then select "We'll come to you." and enter your Skype handle in the appointment notes.
This option is ideal if you already have an established yoga practice or go to group classes regularly and you just need some questions answered! Get feedback on your alignment, how to adapt practice for injury, or discuss the inner teachings of yoga which are typically not presented in group yoga classes.
Mentoring for Yoga Teachers
My mentoring sessions focus on supporting yoga teachers who are navigating the challenging world of the business of yoga. I can provide guidance on creating class sequences, tools for adapting postures, constructive feedback on resume and audition skills, and in-depth discussion on a variety of yoga topics.
Each one hour session is tailored to your unique needs.
Each hour will count toward YA CE credits. $100/hr or $350/4-session package

This booking is for an initial 90 minute session which includes an intake discussion and a guided yoga practice. You will also receive PDF practice notes, and a 1 hour follow up to be booked 2-3 weeks later.
