Although we cannot choose the events that occur in our lives, we can choose our response. Tracey would like to help you meet your stress management goals through the use of stress-related education, breath work, meditative techniques, relaxation training, self-talk education, and sleep hygiene skills.
Each session will focus on a different aspect of stress management, to include breath work, self-talk awareness, meditative techniques, relaxation train, and sleep hygiene skills. Education and practical skills for each aspect will be introduced, moving at an individualized pace along the continuum.
A 15-year master’s level clinician, administrator and educator, Tracey obtained both her yoga teacher and Stress Management Consulting certifications in order to specifically help individuals learn to settle their own nervous systems and states of mind.
