Diagnostic Service

Hello, We recommend our Appointments start out as a Diagnostic. This way we can guarantee we fix the issue correctly, the first time. -When you set an appointment we will come onsite, diagnose the issue at hand, verify the problem, and let you know what your steps are from there. -This Service call applies to: No starts (Car won't start), Coolant system Issues, Charging System Issues, Alternator, Starter, Battery, Drive-ability issues, Tune Ups, ETC.. This covers your first hour of diagnostic anything after that is $115 per hour. *We have the right to cancel an appointment at any given time due to an unforeseen issue with the weather such as : Rain, hail, sleet, snow, or other *uncontrollable events.*

Jump Start- THIS IS NOT A DIAGNOSTIC!

This will include 1 car to be jumped off. We will do a battery test, charging and starting system test. The maximum amount of time for a jump start is 30 mins. If it cannot be jumped, you will be recommended to book a diagnostic appointment. That is a different fee and service.

Flat Tire/ Tire Plug

We will come out to your location and Install your GOOD known spare on your vehicle. If you spare isn’t a good tire, we are not responsible for providing you with a tire. If you would like the tire plugged ( it has to be pluggable, No slashes/complete blowouts etc..) we will install up to 2 plugs per tire if necessary.

Tire Plug/ Flat Tire

We will bring up to 3 gallons of gasoline to your stranded vehicle, as long as you’re within our service area. If your vehicle still will not start after, we are not responsible. If you need a diagnostic it will have to be scheduled. -If you’re out of our typical service area and we mentioned this fee for travel please add It in to you booking, so we can keep our schedules accurate. Areas such as: Southern Pines Fort Bragg Aberdeen Spring Lake - If not added initially when booked, it will be added at the end.

R&R Battery Terminal

R&R 1 Battery terminal. Most service battery terminals are serviceable. This doesn’t include replacement a complete cable.

Lockout

Lockout service. We will unlock one vehicle using our state of the art lockout kits. You must provide proof that you own the car prior to us opening it.

Diesel Diagnostic/ Foreign Car Diagnostic/Heavy Duty

All of our Appointments start out as a Diagnostic Fee. -When you set an appointment we will come onsite, diagnose the issue at hand, verify the problem, and let you know what your steps are from there. -If you allow us to fix this issue at hand, we subtract 50% of the Diagnostic fee, from your final bill. So you're diagnostic is $65.00. -This Service call applies to: No starts ( Car won't start), Coolant system Issues, Charging System Issues, Alternator, Starter, Battery, Fuel Delivery, Drive-ability issues, Tune Ups, ETC.. *This covers up to 1hr of diagnostic time. Anything after that is $110 per hr* -*We have the right to cancel an appointment at any given time due to an unforeseen issue with the weather such as : Rain, hail, sleet, snow, or other uncontrollable events.*

Conventional Oil Change

-Up to 5 quarts of Conventional oil -New filter -Disposal of used oil and filter -Coming to your location to perform the service. This is an all inclusive service. WE SUPPLY ALL MATERIALS. * If more than 5 quarts of oil are necessary, there will be an added fee per quart. -Some vehicles (foreign cars) with a more expensive oil filter (cartridge) will have an additional cost. *please provide: year, make, model and engine size in the special notes or the appointment will be declined.

Gold Brake Pad Special (PAD Replacement ONLY)$254.99 Per axle (front or rear) -Set of ceramic pads, ( reduced brake dust and brake noise) -Performing the brake service. * IF your rotors are damaged (driving with the brake pads worn down to Metal on metal, or ridges/groves in rotors) we will not just put on brake pads. We want to provide a long lasting repair, and can only do so if we do it the right way! Gold Battery Special

The service includes labor to install the battery, plus parts (battery)! * taxes will be collected upon completion. Warranty: The Gold battery which has a three-year limited lifetime replacement if defective. 3000 mile or 3 month warranty on labor whichever comes . This special covers MOST light cars and trucks.
