Consultation
Root Color TouchUp
A root touch-up the application of hair dye to the roots of the hair, to conceal the fact that hair has grown out. This will enable your hair color to not only last longer but also continue to look fresh and beautiful. To truly have the best color results you can also have the ends of your hair refreshed that become faded from shampooing and daily life. Root touch ups are usually needed anywhere between 3 to 5 weeks after your color appointment.
Double Process
Double Process is typically used when lightening hair by more than two shades. First the hair is bleached to remove natural or colored hair pigments, and then pigment is added into the hair to create the desired shade.
Balayage/Ombre
Balayage has softer, less noticeable regrowth lines than traditional highlights - the principal idea being less is more when creating soft, natural looks. ... Also, Balayage is a freehand technique as no foil or meche are used to create the highlights.
Wash & Set (Rollers)
This is the process of getting your hair washed and conditioned then proceeding to drying it using rollers or a wrap set.
Single Process Hair Color
Single Process means that a new color or toner is applied all over to create a new base color. The hair is lifted and deposited in one easy step. It's the most common of hair services, and it's wonderful for covering grays and adding shininess to dull hair.
Deep Treatment/Wash/Style
Full Head Highlights
A full highlight involves highlighting hair in every section of your head from the nape of your neck to the hairline in your fringe and everywhere in between.
Relaxer
A relaxer is a type of lotion or cream generally used by people with tight curls or very curly hair which makes hair easier to straighten by chemically "relaxing" the natural curls. We use Affirm and Linange Shea Butter Relaxer.
Partial Highlights
A partial highlight is literally a highlight service that applies highlights to only part of your head. Highlights are placed, typically, in only the mohawk section of your head, although some stylists consider a partial highlight to be the top half, or the top and side sections of your head.
Full Head Sew-In Extensions
Mircrolink Extensions
With the micro-link technique, one small strand of extensions and your real hair are linked together. So if you love to wear majority of your natural hair but don’t want to have to braid any of your hair up, this will be perfect for you.
Toner
Removing Brassy Tones from hair.
Textured Haircut
A textured cut is when a stylist uses either a razor to cut hair or cuts ends on an angle using scissors. Textured hair cuts are popular because the structure of the cut adds volume to the hair naturally. ... A long textured cut is also a good choice for wavy or curly hair. It allows the curls to lift and spiral.
Trim
Dusting : The term people who really mean “just a trim” need to know when they go into the salon. “It's when you literally just cut the ends of the hairs that are split or broken,”—nothing else to it! This is to maintain your same cut without changing the shape of your hair.
Natural Curly Hair Cut/Style
The cut is more about making each curl look its best and not just a way to “tame” the curls. The cut is created on typically dry hair so the stylist sees how each curl will fall and each individual curl is shaped. This cut can also be done on wet hair depending on hair pattern or desired shape because no head or curl is the same!
Wrap Set
Wrap setting. Wrap setting is where you section, comb and then wrap the wet hair around the head in a clockwise or anticlockwise direction. This wrapping of the hair around the head mean that the contours of the head form the finished shape of the hair.
Corrective Color
A corrective color treatment is usually at least a two-step process but it may require more, and that means it may also require more than just a single appointment.
Wash & BlowDry
A blow dry is strictly washing, blow drying and hair styling. Stylists will wash your hair, blow it dry straight or wavy, and style it according to your preference or occasion. ... Any additional service such as (haircut) will be included in the price when checking out.
UnderCut
Typically, the hair on the top of the head is long and parted on either the side or center, while the back is buzzed very short.
Vintage waves
A Great Gatsby inspired look for short to long hair. Look is created by using a curling iron, flat iron, duckbill clips, tailcomb, and hair spray. This vintage look is soft and can be worn for any occasion. (Not recommended for a next day look.)
Clip-On Extensions
Clip-In Hair Extensions are easy to attach and can be perfectly matched with your own hair - giving you longer hair, lowlights, highlights, or added volume. All clip–in hair extensions come in one or multiple pieces (wefts) of varying widths. They clip under your own hair by small snap on clips.
Sewn-in Individual Tracks
This is when a track of extensions are added by first braiding a small braids horizontally and then a weft in sewn in. You naturally hair will be left out in between each track giving it s very naturally appearance. This is not recommended for individuals who like to wash their hair daily due to the risk of leaving the braid wet which will eventually cause damage. Price does not include wash and set.
Pixie Haircut
A pixie cut is a short hairstyle generally short on the back and sides of the head and slightly longer on the top and very short bangs. It is a variant of crop. Gamine and gorgeous, yet classic — the short pixie hairstyle takes guts, but the payoff is totally worth it. ... A pixie-length interpretation of the shag is slightly edgy, especially when worn a little messy.
Tapered Hair Cut
The female taper haircut is done in many styles like trimming only a single side of the hair or keeping the top hair very long. Not to be confused with a pixie although very similar, the sides and the back are cut really low using clippers and an edger. You can even Jazz it up a bit by adding creative lines and designs.
Line-Up
This means that, instead of a natural hairline, your stylist uses clippers to line up and shave straight lines and sharp angles into your temples, sideburns and back. The final result is a super clean cut look, especially when combined with a fade haircut.
