1st private session/Consultation
In your first private session, you'll be able to share your interests and goals with Sarah. Together you will set up an individualized plan that fits your needs, budget, and schedule. You'll also get a taste for Sarah's style of teaching with either a hands-on or verbally guided lesson. Your choice! Bring any questions you have, and wear comfortable layers. If it's your first time trying Feldenkrais and if you have chronic pain, we recommend that you book a private session before attending a group class.
Private lesson with guided touch
This is the perfect option for people who have specific goals or challenges. Maybe you want to do something better (play an instrument, free-throw, sit comfortably at your computer or in meditation...) or maybe you're looking for more ease in everyday life. This is also a great option for people who are managing chronic pain. Sarah will tailor each lesson specifically for you and your needs. These lessons are done fully-clothed on low, padded tables or on mats on the floor.
Verbally guided private lesson
Sarah will create an engaging, verbally-guided movement session just for you that focuses on your specific interests and goals. This option is perfect for those who want to take a more active, exploratory role in refining their self image, comfort and quality of movement. It's also a good choice for people who want the focus and support of a private session without guided touch.​ These lessons are done fully-clothed on low, padded tables or on mats on the floor.
Private group class for 2-4 people
This is a perfect, budget-friendly choice if you want to deepen your sense of self-awareness and self-use with a small group of friends or colleagues. Share the buzz! To get the most out of group sessions, Sarah recommends that you have some prior Feldenkrais experience already. If you have any questions, let us know!
