Animal Reiki Session

Animals benefit from Reiki as much as humans. I'll consult with you about your pet's needs and disposition, spend some time with your pet in the healing energy, and then briefly discuss the session with you at the end of the appointment.

Guided Meditation

During this session I'll guide a meditation with you tailored to your intention (relaxation, courage, processing grief, overcoming procrastination, confidence, weight loss, headache management, addiction, etc.). Before the session I'll briefly consult with you and prepare a meditation script focused on your goal or need. If desired, aromatherapy and crystal therapy may be incorporated into the session as well.

EFT is a simple tool that uniquely engages the mind to overcome emotional and mental challenges (e.g. phobias and anxiety) through a method of tapping and personal affirmations. I work with you on this technique so you can practice it as you need it.

Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient art of harmonizing life energy in the body. Similar to acupressure, it involves light touch on various points in the body and can be done anywhere. The holds I perform in a session you can do later as needed.

Home Cleansing/Blessing

Moving into a new house or apartment? Has a roommate moved out? Need to purge some "bad vibes" from your space? After an initial phone consultation I'll visit your home and provide an energy cleansing and blessing to your entire home, giving special attention to any area that requires it. Duration and fee depend on the size of your dwelling: a moderate apartment can take 1 hour while a multi-room house will take longer. NOTE: This is not a physical house cleaning with cleaning products; rather this is a clearing of negative energies and a blessing with positive ones.

Hospital Visit

This is an in-hospital Reiki session for you or a loved one. An increasing number of progressive hospitals in the US are using Reiki practitioners onsite to administer to the ill and injured as well as to hasten recovery from surgery. Fortunately, you don't have to set up a Reiki session through the hospital -- we can work together directly. A brief consultation precedes the session, followed by a review after the session to discuss the experience. NOTE: If the session is for someone other than yourself, you must provide written authorization (such as Medical PoA) to discuss any information about the session with me.

Remote Reiki Session

Reiki is always most effective in person, but sometimes the person or animal you know that needs it the most is geographically out of reach. In most cases I will recommend that we do the session in person, but if it is substantially difficult to arrange I can perform the session remotely. I will ask that you provide a recent photo of the person or pet and we will coordinate a time with them, ideally when they can rest quietly, to send the Reiki energy to them.
