Cancellation Policy

I respectfully ask that you please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance so that I can find a replacement for your appointment slot. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours in advance will result in paying 50% of the service total. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours will result in paying 100% of the service total. Continued cancellations or rescheduling will result in removal from the schedule permanently. No calls or no shows will not be rebooked. Late arrivals are also subject to being charged, in fairness to my clients, I cannot accept clients who arrive 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time. In these circumstances, the appointment may be rescheduled but you will be charged 50% of the cost of services scheduled.

Deposit Policy

*Keratin Treatment, Balayage, Highlights* Deposit Policy: ​A non-refundable booking fee of $100 is required when booking a service such as a straightener, perm or smoothing treatment. This booking fee will be applied to the final service bill. If you must reschedule your treatment appointment, you must give at least 48 hours notice or the $100 booking fee will serve as a charge for your missed appointment. ​

Color is applied roots to ends for a solid shiny look. This look will have no dimension due to being a one process color. Extra charge for extra long/dense hair. (If you are looking to be solid blonde, refer to a Bleach and Tone )

Keratin Complex Hair Therapy

This treatment is the best option for someone with curly and/or frizzy hair who is looking for the longest-lasting results of smoothness, humidity protection, and manageability, as well as cutting down on blow-drying time. Results from this treatment can last up to 5 months with proper aftercare. It’s important to remember that this treatment takes the longest amount of time to complete, and you cannot get your hair wet for 72 hours after completing the treatment.
