Express Service - Stretching

This service includes 20 minutes of stretching that is customized to your needs. A mixture of muscle compressions and tools are also used to help aid in a deeper stretch. This treatment is great if you want help getting loosened up before the gym, a weekend adventure, or even before a massage. This is also great for maintenance in between massage sessions as well.

Check - In

This service is for clients who are currently coming in more then once per month. We can make sure all of the treatments are working well and if the duration of the treatment sessions is appropriate or if we need to make an adjustment to the plan. *This service blocks 20 minutes of my time to answer any questions or concerns a current client may have. Bribes in coffee or foods are welcome ;) (20 minutes)
