Youth 10-14 Speed, Agility and Strength Program
This is a 6 week program cycle that focuses on speed, agility, and strength. Classes will be held on Monday and Saturday, both indoor and outdoor activities. We will go over technique, stride length, and conditioning, also do various drills using different methods such as the agility latter and Vertimax.
